This interactive web visualization tool was developed as part of my Master’s thesis to help users explore Earth Observation (EO) data and understand the relationships among flooding, soil moisture, and vegetation conditions in the Okavango Delta Basin, Botswana. The analytical component of this project was published in Remote Sensing: https://www.mdpi.com/2072-4292/12/3/551.

1. Click on the water station icon to display the water level chart on the left corner.
2. Hover your mouse over the water level line graphs to retrieve exact values of water level and date.
3. Click on check box on the topright corner to display different layers of information.
4. In "Soil Water Index" layer, click on the handle and drag it to change the display of SWI to the corresponding date.
5. In the "Vegetation Indices" layer, click on one of the red highlighted site to activate the Vegetation Indices (VI) Panel; drag the slider handle to change the vegetation indices displayed in the VI panel to the according date.
